We manufacture ultra-light carbon frames tailor-made for every rider. After entering their height, weight and arm and leg length, they will automatically get the ideal geometry for their bike frame. The customer is thus 100% sure to get a Favorit that will be a perfect fit for them.

We will manufacture a carbon frame to suit you in our factory in Rokycany. We use modern materials and honest Czech manual work. The carbon frame is ultra-light and stiff at the same time. It is suitable for all kinds of riders and for those who require a light bicycle to carry. The frame is also easily repairable.

STRONGER THAN A CHAIN

From the rider’s perspective, belt drive on a bicycle has a large number of advantages: the belt is significantly lighter than the conventional chain (up to 4x), it has up to ten times longer life span, there is no need to lubricate it, it can’t stain your body or clothes, it never rusts, never breaks, and does not require daily maintenance. Cycling with a belt drive is smoother, easier and totally silent. On the other hand, the belt is significantly more expensive to produce and it puts high demands on manufacturing accuracy and stiffness of the bicycle frame.

ONE TRANSMISSION.

FOR EVERY SITUATION

The Japanese planetary transmission with mechanical (8/11-speed) or electronic (11-speed) gear shifting covers all

gear ratios, which a cycling enthusiast might possibly need for sports, recreation or bicycle tourism. It is hidden in the rear hub, perfectly resistant to water and dirt. There is no need to lubricate it, it does not require any maintenance.

And because there is only one transmission, you don’t need to think too much about it. You just shift in one

direction when going uphill (higher gears) and in the other on a level surface or downhill (lower gears). Unlike

other systems, you can shift even when the bicycle is still or when you are not pedalling. No rocket science, just

joy from the ride.

ONE LEATHER SADDLE FOR LIFE

Leather saddles have been used on bicycles for more than a hundred years. The thing is, nothing more

comfortable has not been yet invented. The Favorit’s leather saddle is made of six-millimetre- thick leather and

adapts its shape to the sitting position of each rider. After a few rides the leather softens so much that you won’t be

able to imagine your daily commute to work, weekend countryside trips or demanding bicycle touring without it.

Favorit leather saddles are made manually from high-class leather that is neither dyed or varnished; it is only

treated with natural wax. For this reason, its colour gradually changes to get a beautiful patina. Rails of

each saddle are made from aircraft titanium. It is one of the things making them the lightest in the world.

There are three saddle widths to choose from: super sports (150 mm wide with a weight of 325 g), standard

(160 mm wide with a weight of 420 g) and comfortable (170 mm wide with a weight of 440 g).

LEATHER GRIPS AND HANDLEBAR TAPE

Same as the saddles, handlebar tape and grips are from the genuine undyed natural leather that is pleasant to the touch. These parts are also treated with anti-allergic natural wax. The grips are made from high-class leather in the Czech Republic, calfskin leather handlebar tape comes from France.

TIRES WITHOUT PUNCTURES

The tires on the Favorit wheels have multi-level protection against puncture. Even if both the tire and the tube

are punctured, there is a special gel in the inner layer of the tube that would seal up the hole immediately. For

the rider, this means less punctures, less need for inflation before riding and more joy from the ride itself.

ONE SEAT HEIGHT.

FOR JUST ONE RIDER

The saddle height can only be adjusted in the range of a few millimetres, as it is only used for fine tuning of the

riding position. But since the bicycle is always produced for a specific rider, it’s not a problem. On the contrary!

The fixed seat post makes it very improbable that the tailor-made frame fits someone else, which basically

reduces the chance of such bicycle being stolen to a minimum.

BUILT-IN LIGHTING AND BELL

Cycling safety is paramount. Therefore, every Favorit has built-in front and rear lighting, which automatically

adjusts to ambient light conditions. It is powered by a dynamo hidden in the hub of the front wheel. The lighting does not require any recharge – it is enough to just start off. And because the new Favorits are really quiet, an electronic bell will certainly come in handy when driving in the city.

RELIABLE DISC BRAKES

Disc brakes have been used in the aerospace and automotive industries for decades. They completely replaced other types of brakes for their high efficiency, reliability and low maintenance. And now they are making their way into the world of cycling. They require far less force, they are reliable, maintenance-free... just great.
